  DO NOT let its giant and glamorous showroom FOOL you. The staff are Lack of Skills, unprofessional, and RUDE. I wanted a counter top without seam as possible, but there must be one seam due to the sink and range situation. I accepted it and made deposit. After the installation, however, there is another seam in middle of the sink. When I tried to find out what it could possibly happened, the staff raised her voice and told that "do not give me attitude." She was also the one went off with another client in front of me on my second visit. I chose to ignore because she wasn't the employee to assist me. Now she did it again with me. It made me feel that they try to bully customers. When I talked to the owner, he explained how they cut the slap. The longest side of the counter is 120" while the slap is 115". It came out 2 seams. First seam is about 40" from the edge and another seam in middle of the sink. I told the owner why they didn't cut an 80" piece and to put on the sink, so it won't have the seam in middle the sink. He couldn't give me any reason besides silly/ nonsense excuses. He said it's the way they do. He then asked me "what do I want?" I told him I don't seek compensation. I wanted to confirm my thought that they are lack of technique and experience, Rude and Unprofessional. I wish Yelp could have 1/millions star, so I could choose it for this property.
