  I have been waiting for 1 hr for 3 boxes of stuff from this place. 10 people standing around in the back doing nothing. Came to the magazine store to order was told needed to go to west bank to pick up. Still waiting to get my products over 1 hr later. They may have a descent selection, but the service here sucks worst than anything I have experienced before in my life

  My husband and I are on our way to this location to view their flooring because we both liked a certain laminate and wanted to view it as well as view other options. Well we both call at different times to ask a few a questions before we drive 40 minutes out of our way . The main person answering the phone was very rude when we called the first time . So I called to see if I could get another person who was more customer friendly , but unfortunately I was dealing with the same rude women . She knew why I was calling and said the people were at lunch which was fine , so I wanted to know the names of the people in the department that we will be dealing with . She was fine with giving me their names however once I had asked for her name she asked me why I wanted it and I said I like to know who I was speaking to on the phone, so she refused to give it to me and said she doesn't like giving out her name , so I said if you walk into the store , you would be giving your name and dealing with people in person anyway ! . So needless to say this we had literally turn around and decided to not do business here . "Update " 7/20/2017 After with speaking to a manager over the phone my husband and I had decided to go inside the store to look at their flooring . The manager as well as all of the staff had greeted us with a smile and we're kind . They were very helpful and patient with us in picking out all the laminate, the porcelain for 3 bathrooms as well as the 2 slabs of granite we purchased . We did not deal with the person who we had issues with over the phone but the manager assured us that she was dealt with . Definitely recommend going into the store to view their large inventory . Thank you to floor n decor with handling the situation and getting it right with customer service .
